  • Held positions of General Manager (Design) & Chief Designer (Development) at Design & Development Complex, HAL Bangalore India
  • 12+ Years of Professional Consultancy experience for various Government & Private Establishments for providing solutions to both Indian & International Customers
  • Experience in several types of aircraft projects such as Civil Aircraft, Fighter Aircraft, Trainer Aircraft & Transport Aircraft as well as Aircraft Upgrade Programs
  • Wide ranging exposure to multiple international Aerospace organizations involving professional interaction
Naresh Chandra Sharma

  • Master Degree in “Helicopter Techniques” from Ecole Nationale Superieure D’ Ingenieurs de Constructions Aeronautiques (ENISCA), Toulouse,
  • Post Graduate in Design Engineering from I.I.T New Delhi
  • Professor of Practice, School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Ahmedabad University
  • More than 40 years of experience in Design & development, Operations and Business Development
  • Significant contributions of design & development of primary structure made of advanced Composites for ALH & LCA programs while working at HAL
  • Worked as Vice President – Aerospace & Composites with Bharat Forge Limited, Pune
  • Worked as General Manager – Advanced Engineering @ TVS Motor for development of  BIW for 3-Wheeler (TVS-King)
  • Key Member of the team for turnaround of Tata Advanced Materials Limited, Bengaluru. Held positions as Head of Design & Programs, Production and Business Development
